Link to anything here, quote a little of it, and tell whoever you like about the book. The one thing we ask is that you do not take the words or the artwork and use them as your own.

Who we are

These terms cover both sites run by Shining Truth Press: shiningtruthseries.com, the reader site, and shiningtruthpress.com, the publisher’s site. Shining Truth Press is a trading name rather than a registered company: Casey and Jordan Willis are the people behind it, and the sellers of anything bought here.

What you may do

• Link to any page on either site
• Quote briefly, with attribution, for review or commentary
• Show the cover, unaltered, when reviewing, listing, or writing about the book
• Print a page for your own personal use

What you may not do

• Reproduce, distribute, or adapt the book’s text or illustrations
• Use the illustrations separately from the book
• Use anything from these sites or the books to train machine learning models
• Use our name, imprint, or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you

Buying from this site

This section covers books bought through this site. The book is also sold by Amazon and other retailers; buy from one of those and your order is with them, on their terms, and we can neither see it nor change it.

Payment. Card payments go to Stripe and never to us. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax is shown before you pay.

Processing. Orders ship within 1–3 business days, and might be slightly longer during launches or holidays.

Shipping. Anywhere USPS delivers in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. Delivery timeframes start after your order ships and are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. All shipments include a tracking number. Ordering more than 10 books or have a shipping question? Email us at hello@shiningtruthseries.com.

Free Shipping. USPS Media Mail, usually 4–10 business days. This service is reliable but does not guarantee a delivery window and can be slower during busy periods. If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please consider the Faster Shipping option.

Faster Shipping. USPS or UPS depending on location. If you choose Faster Shipping, pick the option that matches your number of books. If the option chosen does not match the number of books ordered, we will get in touch before shipping.

Larger orders. We are more than happy to accommodate larger orders with custom shipping needs. Please reach out to hello@shiningtruthseries.com and we will get in touch.

Lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.

If something is wrong. If your book arrives damaged, email us and send a photo if you can. We will replace it at no cost to you, and there is nothing to send back.

Changing your mind. If your order has not shipped, tell us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Anything else. If you are not happy with your purchase, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right, usually with a replacement or a refund depending on what went wrong. We may ask for the book back before we refund it.

Links to other sites

We link to retailers and other sites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

No warranty, and limits on liability

These sites are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot promise they always will be, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the sites means the current version applies. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where we live and work, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
